January 2020

Upon the retirement of our Rector, Revd. David Bartholomew, on 31 December 2019, it is the intention of the Churchwardens in the benefice of Burghclere with Newtown and Ecchinswell with Sydmonton, supported by Winchester Diocese, to continue the pattern of services in our churches that has existed for some while.
We are most grateful to the Clerical Registry for arranging retired (mostly) ministers, known as locums, to officiate at these services.
